The Federal Bureau of Investigation is the primary arm of the United States Department of Justice.
Since the magna carta, Western culture has predicated its political systems on the idea of limited government. The United States government is limited by the Constitution. Our fundamental individual rights are expressed in the Bill of Rights, and are applied to our state governments through the Fourteenth Amendment.
The Constitution is interpreted through appeals to the the court system. The highest court in our country is the Supreme Court. The Court system and its rules are designed to achieve the ideal of justice.
